Eligibility for Returns

• If you received damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return with proof (videos/pictures of the package & the item) within 7 days of the delivery.
• If you are not satisfied with your products, you may also request a return within 30 days of the delivery.
• All items must be in their unused, unwritten in, unopened condition with original packaging.

Return Process

• To start a return, please email us at info@wenguu.com with your order number and your reason for returning.
• After receiving your email, we will assess the issues and provide instructions for shipping return.
• Pack and ship the item to the shipping address provided in our emails.
• Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of normal returns. For faulty item returns, we will cover all costs.
• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process a refund or redeliver.

• Once we receive the returned item(s) and all the requirements are fulfilled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• For faulty item returns, you will receive a full refund.
• For normal returns, a refund less any applicable shipping fees and 10% restocking fee will be made.
• Please note that refunds may take 2 to 14 days depending on your service provider.

• We only redeliver items that are wrong, defective or damaged.
• If you don’t seek for a replacement or your item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

• We recommend using a reliable shipping with tracking as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.
• We offer full refund or redeliver for items that are verified to be not delivered within 60 days of order receipt. However, we are not responsible for orders with errors from the buyer (incorrect addresses, stolen packages,…).
• Wenguu reserves the right to refuse any return/refund that does not meet the requirements as described above. In case your return/refund is rejected, we will notify you by email.
