Rewards FAQs

How do I redeem my points?

Once logged into your account, select the ‘Rewards’ tab on the main menu or in the footer to check your point balance and redeem rewards. Upon clicking on your reward, you will see a Discount Code to insert into the Checkout page.

Notes: The Discount Code will be expired after 30 days starting from the created date.

When do my points expire?

Your points only expire if your account is completely inactive for 12 months. Keeping your account active is simple; just make a purchase, redeem your points, or leave a review once every 12 months. Logging in does not count as an action.

How long does my tier status last?

Achieving a specific tier status grants you benefits for 12 months, during which your status may be maintained, downgraded, or upgraded based on points earned.

For example, if you were a Silver Member and wanted to maintain the benefits, you would have to earn at least 50 new points within the 12-month period. Otherwise, your status will be downgraded to Bronze, and the qualification period will reset again.

Thus, if you earned at least 300 points, you will qualify for the Gold Member tier and enjoy the extra benefits for the following 12 months.

Does redeeming points impact my status?

No, when you redeem spendable points for rewards, your tier level remains the same because your tier points do not decrease. Please enjoy redeeming your points while we keep track of the total for you and keep you updated on your progress.
